RYAN
GRANT

Chairman

Ryan Grant began his career with GTS in 2004. Ryan has taken on many roles within the organization throughout the years and is currently serving the organization as Chief Operating Officer. He brings a new outlook to a mature business model, and with a strong management team in place, plans to explore new market sectors and move GTS outside of the Texas border. Ryan has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Texas Tech University. He has combined his strategic ability, team building mentality, and natural people skills to create long-term relationships with customers, partners, and coworkers.

BRITTA BUTLER

Chief Executive Officer

As President of GTS, Britta manages GTS’s overall company strategy and senior leadership teams. She is also responsible for aligning our partner community to GTS’s customer experience. Britta joined GTS in January of 2012 and has over 15 years of experience in the education space. She has been on both sides of classroom – starting her career as a teacher, moving into an Instructional Technology Director and finally moving to private sector continuing to work with customers to align solutions with current initiatives. Britta’s passion for helping customers succeed shines through in every interaction by investing in GTS’s greatest asset – our people. She spends most of her time with the leadership team to ensure that GTS continually provides a superior customer experience.

LINDSEY MCKANN

Chief Financial Officer

As VP of Finance and Accounting of GTS, Lindsey McKann is responsible for the accounting team and financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities. She joined GTS in May of 2014 and has over 15 years of accounting experience in multiple industries, including SAAS technology, insurance, and public accounting/auditing. Lindsey graduated from Baylor University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance, and she is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Lindsey was born and raised in Texas and has resided in Austin for 30 years.

JULI PRIMEAUX

Executive Vice President

As Director of Inside Sales, Juli is responsible for leading and motivating the team, providing an experience that leaves customers feeling valued and appreciated, and continuously evaluating our quoting and sales process, keeping seamless customer interaction as her goal. She brings 14 years of sales and management experience to the table. A member of the GTS team since 2014, Juli previously worked for AT&T and Office Depot. A native of New Jersey, she lived in South Louisiana for 9 years before moving to Austin in 2012. When not working, Juli loves spending time with her husband, daughter, and two dogs.

AMY RATHBUN

Vice President of Sales

Amy is a public sector veteran with more than 20 years of experience servicing K-12, higher education, state and local government, health care, and corporate customers. She has worked on statewide projects to improve connectivity to the classroom and has a real passion for making sure students and teachers have the technology to become 21st-century learners and producers. Amy spent 14 years at Dell and 10 years in the cyber and end point security sector, helping public sector customers protect students’ and organizations’ data and privacy.

NATHAN TART

Vice President of Specialized Solutions

As Vice President of Professional Services, Nathan leads the Client and Enterprise Services teams to provide technology solutions and services of the highest quality in terms of reliability, accuracy, and timeliness to GTS’s customers. With GTS since 2008, his knowledge of technology products, commitment to customer service, and positive attitude have earned him kudos and prestige with his GTS coworkers, partners, and customers. Nathan graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance. His parents raised him and his sister to bring energy and excitement to everything they do, and Nathan practices this in both work and play. His downtime is spent paddling the Texas rivers, and he has completed The Texas Water Safari, also known as the World’s Toughest Canoe Race, five times. He hopes to pass the love of the outdoors down to his two children.

TRACIE SIMENTAL

VP - Managed Services

As the Vice President of Managed Services, Tracie leads the divisions that support our customers with enterprise solutions and services of the highest quality in terms of quality and reliability. With GTS since 2017, she brings over 25 years of experience in technology support, and a passion for developing highly functioning teams.  Tracie gets enjoyment out of being a part of our teams that solve the most complex IT challenges that organizations face today, and building relationships with customers that are based on trust and our abilities. When she is not doing these awesome things, you can find her hanging out with family, trying new foods, and enjoying all that Austin has to offer.

LALEH HONAR

Director of Partner Programs

As Director of Partner Programs, Laleh manages GTS’s robust partner community and programs, along with partner marketing initiatives. She joined GTS in February of 2015 and has years of experience in marketing and building relationships. After graduating cum laude from Ohio University, Laleh moved to Austin, Texas, where she spends time with her miniature Goldendoodle, Luna, and her husband, Christian.

ASHLEY AMBROSO

Director of Inside Sales

As the Director of Inside Sales, Ashley leads the Inside Sales team to strive for excellence in the customer support they provide. She focuses on quality work, thoughtful customer interactions and continuously evaluates the sales process to ensure a seamless interaction for customers. With GTS since 2014, she has supported customers in a variety of roles and always has a commitment to service. Ashley graduated with her BA in History and Political Science from Vanguard University of Southern California before completing her teaching credential at San Diego State University. When not working, Ashley loves spending time and traveling with her husband and two daughters.
