KRISTIN HUNNINGHAKE

VP - Strategic Partnerships

Kristin brings 19 years of sales experience to the table, in both the public sector and with Dell, Lexmark, and Unisys. At GTS, she is responsible for strategic partnerships, market and competitive analysis, account and territory management, new market development, and team performance development. Kristin holds her Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Phoenix.

SUSAN ROBB

Account Executive

Susan joined GTS in 2011 and has over 20 years of account management experience, 12 of it here in Austin, Texas. Susan is responsible for building client relationships and strategic partnerships and managing long-term contracts. Her focus is on providing IT solutions and services for her customers in the state, local government, and commercial space.

Briana supports customers with solutions represented in our Strategic Partner Portfolio, which provide real-time intelligence, proactive monitoring, and protection of critical information. With a 10-year history at GTS, she has a thorough understanding of customers in all verticals, develops long-lasting customer relationships, and has the knowledge to recommend solutions that bring value to her customers.

JIM FRIEDRICH

Field Sales Engineer

Jim focuses on supporting our Strategic Partner Portfolio (SPP) team. His extensive technical background includes over 20 years of experience in IT sales. Jim began his IT career at Dell, where he focused on delivering enterprise products and solutions to commercial as well as government and education customers, later transitioning to the channel, where he has expanded his knowledge base to include enterprise software and services.
