Amy is a public sector veteran with more than 20 years of experience servicing K-12, higher education, state and local government, health care, and corporate customers. She has worked on statewide projects to improve connectivity to the classroom and has a real passion for making sure students and teachers have the technology to become 21st-century learners and producers. Amy spent 14 years at Dell and 10 years in the cyber and end point security sector helping public sector customers protect students’ and organizations’ data and privacy.

Jim focuses on supporting our Strategic Partner Portfolio (SPP) team. His extensive technical background includes over 20 years of experience in IT sales. Jim began his IT career at Dell, where he focused on delivering enterprise products and solutions to commercial as well as government and education customers, later transitioning to the channel, where he has expanded his knowledge base to include enterprise software and services.
