Danna Stedman has 20+ years of account management and recruiting experience: 17 of it being in the technical arena in Austin. Danna has worked extensively in the search industry as well as provided private consulting for High-Tech Companies in need of highly specialized technical talent. Since 2006 she has been working with the state of Texas and public sector in search of contract technical staff. Danna has enjoyed the government space and has become sensitive to the special skill sets and proprietary technical knowledge that go along with it. She graduated from the University of Texas with a BS in Advertising. Danna began her career in staffing in Los Angeles, California in the insurance field recruiting medical and legal experts and insurance professionals throughout the state of California.

Sara Grigsby has a successful track record recruiting top talent in the Texas market for both public and private sector clients. She started her career over 10 years ago as an Executive-style Coach. It was there that she honed her natural abilities in interpersonal communication, conflict management, job & interviewing skills, time management, and goal setting. She was recognized as the nationwide company leader in consultative sales. Her background in coaching prepared her for a successful career in talent management. She has over 7 years’ experience in Operations, HR, and Talent Management.
Sara is born and raised in Texas, and a graduate of Stephen F. Austin. She attributes her success to her enthusiastic and passionate approach, as well as her ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with both loyal clients and devoted candidates. Her commitment to her clients is providing the highest level of customer support and client-defined value.
Tamara has over two years of experience in recruiting. Her strong commitment to her candidates and hiring managers has allowed her to flourish as a recruiting professional. She takes great pride in matching qualified candidates with our customers’ needs. Tamara graduated from Texas State University with a BA in Communication Studies. She joined GTS after launching her recruiting career with KeyStaff shortly after graduating, where she was recognized as the Austin employee of the year in 2012. Her interests include Austin’s music scene, traveling, the outdoors, and spending time with friends and family.

Kellie Davison has over ten years of technical recruiting experience and she joined the GTS Recruiting in 2015. She enjoys finding candidates who exceed clients’ expectations and maintaining strong and lasting client relationships. Kellie graduated from the University of Texas with a BA in Developmental Psychology. Kellie enjoys traveling, exploring the Hill Country with her family, and is very involved in the Austin Arts Community.

Kathi Deaton has 20+ years of IT experience with a State Agency. This experience gives Kathi a unique expertise to recruiting and staffing both in the public and private sector. Kathi retired after 27 years with the State of Texas and joined the GTS team in 2014. During the 20 years within IT for the State of Texas, Kathi has held several IT positions from desktop support, network management, up to Branch Manager of Operations and has spent many years interviewing and selecting top IT professionals for contracting and hired positions within the State, which allows for a unique knowledge is identifying different IT skillsets and good placements to best utilize an individual’s strengths and potential.

Inside Account Manager
Jenny is responsible for lead generation and placement targets, resolving customer sales issues, and developing leading-edge methods to attract top talent. Prior to joining GTS, she spent over 10 years building client relationships in sales and management. She graduated from The College of Charleston with a B.A. in communications and a focus in media studies. Jenny enjoys taking advantage of Austin’s live music scene and hiking with her dog, Rudy.
Lead Recruiting Coordinator
Briona Ellwood works closely with both recruiters and current employees to coordinate the candidate experience from onboarding to paycheck. Before joining GTS, Briona gained a breadth of experience in administration, human resources, and customer service. She is new to staffing and excited to learn from the experienced recruiters at GTS.
